This training is different
Most sound healing trainings teach you:
how to play instruments
what frequencies mean
and a lot of theory
But when it comes to real sessions…
many people still feel unsure.
This training focuses on what actually matters:
how to create a safe space
how to guide a session from start to finish
how to respond when emotions come up
and how to trust yourself in the process
Because sound healing isn’t just about sound.
It’s about how people feel in your presence.
You’ve been feeling called to sound healing…
Maybe you’ve already attended sessions, bought your first bowl, or started exploring this world.
But when it comes to actually doing it yourself, something still feels unclear.
You’re not sure:
where to start
how to structure a session
what to do if emotions come up
or how to feel confident holding space for others
And honestly… most trainings either feel too “woo woo” or too technical — without preparing you for real situations.
How it works
Part 1 — Online Training (6 Weeks)
Weekly live sessions where you’ll learn: - foundations of sound healing (in a grounded, practical way) - how to use instruments without overwhelm - how to structure sessions - how to hold space safely - recordings available
Part 2 — In-Person Immersion (2 days in Dubai)
This is where everything clicks. You’ll: - practice real sessions - receive direct feedback - refine your presence and confidence - experience what it actually feels like to facilitate
After the training, you’ll be able to…
confidently guide your own 1:1 and group sound healing sessions
create a clear structure for your sessions without overthinking
use instruments like singing bowls in a simple and effective way
understand what’s happening in the body and respond accordingly
hold space when emotions arise — without feeling overwhelmed
create a safe, grounded environment for others
trust yourself in the process, instead of constantly second-guessing
receive a certificate accredited by International Sound Therapy Association (ISTA)
You’ll not only understand sound healing — you’ll feel confident enough to actually begin.
Whether that’s:
offering sessions to friends
starting with your first clients
or slowly building your own practice
This training is for you if…
you feel called to sound healing but don’t know how to start
you want to work with people in a safe and grounded way
you’re tired of trainings that feel too abstract or unrealistic
you want to build confidence, not just knowledge
you’re based in Dubai (or can attend the in-person training)
Hi, I’m Vanessa
I’ve been working in sound healing and somatic breathwork, holding space for people in both group and 1:1 settings. Over the past years, I’ve supported 300+ people in private sessions, group experiences, and corporate settings, which shaped how I teach this work today.
Over time, I realized something:
Many people learn the tools, but still don’t feel confident working with real people.
That’s why I created this training.
Not just to teach sound…
but to help you feel grounded, safe, and clear in what you’re doing.
Your investment
Early bird: 3,000 AED*
Regular: 3,500 AED*
*Payment plan available
If you feel called to this…
you don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need a place to start.
