I work with breathwork, sound healing, and safe space holding to support people in slowing down, feeling what’s been building inside, and reconnecting with themselves.

I create gentle, grounded environments where there’s no pressure to perform, explain everything perfectly, or push for a specific outcome.

My work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t need to be loud, dramatic, or complicated. Often it begins in the quiet moments when the body finally feels safe enough to soften, breathe, and release what it has been holding.

My story

There was a time in my life when I was constantly “strong.”
Always moving. Always doing. Always achieving — while quietly carrying a lot inside.

I know what it feels like to feel overwhelmed, disconnected from your own body, and unsure where to place everything you’re holding emotionally.

My own healing began when I finally allowed myself to slow down and feel — not fix.

Breathwork and sound healing became powerful tools in that process. They helped me soften, release what words couldn’t, and reconnect with myself in a way that felt safe, real, and human.

That experience changed everything — and it’s why I do this work today.
I now create the kind of gentle, supportive spaces I once needed myself.

Spaces where the body can relax, the breath can deepen, and people can slowly reconnect with themselves.
