I create gentle, grounded spaces where people can slow down, feel what’s been waiting to be felt, and reconnect with themselves — without pressure or performance.

My work is rooted in the belief that healing doesn’t need to be loud, dramatic, or complicated. It often begins in the quiet places of the body and the nervous system — the places we’ve learned to protect.

My story

There was a time in my life when I was constantly “strong.” Always moving, always doing, always achieving… while quietly carrying so much inside.

I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed, disconnected from your own body, and unsure where to place everything you’re holding emotionally.

As someone born and raised in Germany and now based in Dubai, my own healing journey began when I finally allowed myself to slow down and feel — not fix.

Breath and sound became powerful tools in that process. They helped me soften, release what words couldn’t, and come back to myself in a way that felt safe, real, and human.

That experience changed everything — and it’s why I do this work today.

I create the kind of safe, gentle spaces I once needed myself… Spaces where your nervous system can relax, your body can breathe again, and you can slowly reconnect to who you truly are.
