Become the facilitator people feel safe with
-
This training is designed to support you in becoming the kind of facilitator people feel safe with.
By the end of this journey, many participants feel:
more confident guiding others through breath or sound
grounded in their own presence and energy
clearer in how to create emotional and nervous system safety
more attuned to the body, not just the technique
connected to their voice, intuition, and way of holding space
supported in stepping into facilitation with integrity and care
This training is not about becoming louder or more intense.
It’s about becoming more present, aware, and responsible in the way you guide others. -
This training is for you if you feel a quiet pull toward supporting others — but want to do it in a grounded, responsible, and human way.
It may be right for you if:
you feel called to hold space through breath or sound
you want to guide others with care, not performance or ego
you value emotional safety and nervous system awareness
you’re drawn to healing work that is gentle, modern, and embodied
you want structure, clarity, and guidance — not overwhelm
you’re at the beginning of your facilitation journey, or ready to deepen it
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You don’t need to already see yourself as a “teacher.”You’re welcome to begin exactly where you are.
-
The training blends practical skills, understanding, and embodied awareness — so you’re not only learning what to do, but how to be while holding space.
You’ll be guided through:
foundations of sound healing or somatic breathwork
understanding the nervous system and emotional regulation
trauma-aware facilitation and emotional safety
how to structure and guide sessions responsibly
voice, presence, and grounding as a facilitator
ethics, boundaries, and professional integrity
holding individuals and groups with clarity and care
The focus is on integration — not memorization.
You’ll be supported in developing your own authentic way of facilitating, rather than copying a formula.
Sound healing certification
This training is available both in person and online, with the same depth, content, and supportive learning experience. (Online formats simply run over a different time structure to allow for integration and accessibility.)
This certification gives you a grounded, comprehensive understanding of how sound supports the body, mind, and nervous system. You’ll learn the theory, science, and techniques behind sound healing, how sound interacts with emotions and the subtle body, and how to use instruments with intention, safety, and purpose.
Alongside the practical skills, you’ll also deepen your intuition, presence, and your own relationship with sound, so you can guide others with clarity, confidence, and heart.
Somatic breathwork certification
This training is available both in person and online, offering the same depth, content, and supportive learning experience. The online format simply runs over a different time structure to allow for integration, accessibility, and embodied learning at a comfortable pace.
This certification supports you in learning how to guide breathwork safely, gently, and from a deeply trauma-aware perspective. You’ll explore breath physiology, nervous system responses, emotional processing through breath, session structure, ethics, boundaries, and responsible facilitation.
Just as importantly, you’ll develop your capacity to hold space with grounded presence, compassion, and emotional awareness — so you can guide others confidently, respectfully, and with true care.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Why this training
is different
This training is not about pushing intensity, performing healing, or following rigid formulas.
It’s about learning how to hold space responsibly — with awareness, presence, and respect for the nervous system.
The approach is:
gentle, not forceful
grounded, not “woo-woo”
emotionally aware, not overwhelming
human, not hierarchical
You’re guided to slow down, listen, and develop trust in your own presence — because the way you are with people matters just as much as what you do.
You won’t be taught to perform healing.
You’ll be supported in becoming the space where healing can safely happen.
What participants often share
Every journey into facilitation looks different. What matters most is learning to hold space with care, presence, and integrity.
“I came in feeling unsure if I was ‘ready’ to guide others. The training helped me trust my presence and understand that safety and awareness matter more than doing everything perfectly.”
— From a first-time facilitator
“Even online, the training felt personal and supportive. The pacing allowed me to integrate what I was learning instead of rushing through it. I felt guided every step of the way.”
— From an online participant
