I’m Vanessa — a sound healing and somatic breathwork facilitator creating gentle, grounded spaces for emotional healing, nervous system support, and reconnection.
My work is shaped by both lived experience and professional training. After years of holding everything together, my own healing journey began when I slowed down and learned to listen to my body. Breath and sound became powerful tools — not to fix myself, but to feel, release, and come back to myself.
Over the years, I’ve supported 300+ people through private healing journeys, group experiences, corporate wellness sessions, and facilitator trainings — both in person and online. My approach is trauma-aware, emotionally grounded, and deeply human, guided by presence, care, and integrity rather than intensity or performance.
My intention is simple: to create spaces where people feel safe enough to soften, breathe, and return to themselves.
